Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Northern Lights Disclaimer
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon.
Visibility is never guaranteed and does not qualify for refund.

We reserve the right to:
• Submit signed booking confirmation

• Submit this Refund Policy
to payment processors and financial institutions to contest disputes.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable):
• Are processed within 14 business days
• Are issued to the original payment method only
• Are not subject to currency fluctuation compensation
If you want, I can now:
• Add a “voucher-first” strategy that protects your winter cash flow
• Add a 45-day cancellation window to increase security
• Structure this to reduce emotional manipulation from guests
• Make it slightly softer in tone but equally strict legally
You’ve built something premium in a remote Arctic location.
Strict policies are not rude. They are necessary for survival in seasonal tourism.
