1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with SKOG Aurora Igloos Resort, operated by:

By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once:
• Full payment has been received, or
• A deposit (if applicable) has been paid and confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
Prices are listed in SEK unless otherwise specified and include VAT according to Swedish law.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard Winter Season (November 20 – March 31)
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations 14–29 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations 13 days or less before arrival
Non-Refundable Rates (if offered)
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. Changes to Booking
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From [insert time, e.g., 15:00]
Check-out: By [insert time, e.g., 11:00]
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but is not guaranteed.
6. Force Majeure
SKOG Aurora Igloos Resort is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Extreme weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Power outages
• Transportation disruptions
No compensation will be provided in such cases, but we will attempt reasonable alternatives where possible.
7. Northern Lights Disclaimer
The Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or compensation are provided based on visibility conditions.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
• Respect the property and surrounding nature
• Follow safety instructions
• Supervise children at all times
• Avoid disturbing wildlife
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy of the igloo
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
9. Safety & Natural Environment
The resort is located in a forest environment in Swedish Lapland. Guests acknowledge:
• Snow and ice may create slippery conditions
• Wildlife may be present
• Cold temperatures require appropriate clothing
Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.
10. Activities & Third-Party Providers
Certain experiences (dog sledding, snowmobiling, icebreaker cruises, etc.) may be provided by external partners.
SKOG Aurora Igloos Resort is not liable for incidents occurring during activities operated by third parties. Separate terms may apply.
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted under Swedish law:
• We are not liable for indirect losses
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.
12. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests must inform us prior to arrival of:
• Severe allergies
• Medical conditions that may require emergency response
• Dietary restrictions
We are located in a remote area. Emergency services may require response time.
13. Pets
Pets are only permitted if explicitly agreed in writing prior to arrival.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
